The Teak museum is located about 4 km from the town of Nilambur, on the Nilambur-Gudallur route. The museum is also popular for being the world’s first teak museum where visitors can get all possible information related to teak trees. This museum was established by the Kerala Forest Research Institute, in coordination with the Kerala Forest Department.
